  • We are currently transferring all hosting accounts to our new hosting platform (Jita-SB33). This will result in increased responsiveness of all sites including many new features to the service.

     To avoid total failure to display websites while DNS is propagating, we have bridged the databases between the legacy server and Jita-SB33. While this should negate the risk of failure to resolve the websites, if your local DNS routes you to the legacy server it may cause sluggish response times as the site will need to fetch a remote mySQL database.

    We are doing everything in our power to make this transition as smooth as possible however DNS propagation is outwith our control and can take between 24-48hrs to fully settle.
